Cooking with kids
Local restaurant chain Wing Wah wanted to help their local community. Hyland Freeman identified a need for young children to be educated about healthy food and to experience cooking healthy meals. Hyland Freeman ran a series of workshops for local schools using chefs from the restaurants and health professionals from schools and the NHS. The workshops were a great success with very positive feedback from the schools involved and excellent media coverage for the project.
